*Kindly note that we do not currently have a firm opening date for Wander The Spa and cannot guarantee that the spa will be open on any particular date.

Preview Offer Day Passes, 10-Visit Passes and Founders Passes will be emailed as digital gift cards and can be used to redeem full-price passes upon Wander the Spa’s opening. Once gift cards are redeemed, passes must be used within one year of redemption. All gift cards are final sale, non-refundable and have no cash value. Resale of gift cards is strictly prohibited, and may result in Wander the Spa cancelling the purchase without refund. Gift cards may not be used for promotional purposes, including contests, without explicit written permission from Wander the Spa. Gift cards have no expiry date.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will Wander the Spa be open?

We are currently planning to open the spa in summer 2024. Our reservation system will be live as soon as we have a firm opening date available and anyone who purchases an advance pass will receive communication via email.

What is your return policy on the advance passes?

All sales of the advance passes are final.

Is there a minimum age to use the spa?

Guests must be 16 years or older to enter the spa facilities, unless otherwise stated for a special event.

Do I need to be a cabin guest to visit the spa?

No, Wander the Spa will be open to the public.

Should I buy a pass if I have a cabin reservation?

Anyone with a 2024 cabin reservation does not need to purchase a pass at this time. When an opening date for the spa is confirmed, guests who have cabins booked will receive direct communications from the Wander team with the opportunity to book at the preview rates.

Will the spa be safe to use while pregnant?

Several of the spa facilities are safe to use while pregnant, though use of the pools or saunas with more extreme temperatures is not recommended for pregnant guests. Please speak to your healthcare provider in advance of attending the spa.
