Spa Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made via email to
thespa@wandertheresort.com. Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the reservation are fully refundable to the original method of purchase.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the reservation are refunded in the form of a digital gift card for the full amount of the reservation. Modifications to a reservation or rebooking within 24 hours may incur a rebooking fee of $20.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Inclement Weather Policy
Our Nordic Spa is built for all weather and typically remains open in rain or snow. Refunds or rescheduling due to inclement weather are not guaranteed and will be assessed at our discretion. Regional weather warnings issued by relevant authorities will be considered when making these determinations.
