Property and Cabin Cancellation Policies

We are happy to offer a full refund providing cancellations are made by 3 p.m. EST fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation is not made in accordance with our policy, you will be charged in full for your original booking. If stays are cancelled within 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, at managements' discretion, stays may be moved forward to another date with credit and a $250 cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

• Guests may cancel their reservation at no charge by 3:00 p.m. EST fourteen (14) days prior to arrival; cancelling within fourteen (14) days the guest will be charged in full for their cabin. Additionally, a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. If stays are cancelled within 24 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, a $250 cancellation fee will apply, however every effort will be made to rebook the stay to avoid the charge. 
  
• Dogs/pets are NOT permitted on site, as of December 1st 2021. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is ignored.
• Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. A late checkout fee of $500 will apply if the cabin is not vacated by 12:30pm.
• Please note that a 20% service charge is added to all in-cabin food and beverage orders. This will be displayed on the final room invoice.
• In order to respect the privacy of guests, drone usage and aerial photography is NOT permitted, unless authorized by the resort. Organized
  photoshoots must be authorized by the resort. * Safety deposit boxes are available for the security of valuables.
  
• The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables.
• The hotel is not responsible for items left in guest rooms after departure. Lost and found is stored for 1 weeks once retrieved.
• No smoking in the cabins, on the decks or in the common areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, outside of the cabin, near the cigarette disposal pole.
• Please note that our property is licensed, and as such no exterior alcohol can be consumed, anywhere other than in your cabin, or on your private cabin deck.
• Guests will be charged a minimum of $(613)-902-6650 CAD for the following: smoking/vaping in a cabin or excessive debris removal and/or damage to the cabin.
• Should you use any of the following resort equipment; bicycles, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, canoes - a security deposit of $250 will be charged to the credit card on file in the event of any form of damage to the signed out equipment.
• I agree that my liability for this bill and all charges associated with this reservation are not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or group fails to pay the full amount of charges.
