Food and Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations and guest experience across Wander’s dining venues, including our 70-seat restaurant, in-cabin dining, and special events. This role requires a hands-on, floor-focused leader who ensures service excellence, operational consistency, and strong team performance.
The ideal candidate brings a calm, thoughtful approach to hospitality, balancing exceptional guest experiences
with sound labour, cost, and inventory management. This position offers a clear pathway for growth as Wander continues to evolve.
Line Cook

A Line Cook plays a crucial role in a restaurant's kitchen, responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and cooking of food items while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.
